No 6am or 9am class due to weather
Noon & 6:30pm
Open gym WOD:
“Row, row, row and Bench”
– 25 min max distance row!
(Try not to stop/rest….keep rowing)
– 5 min rest
– Then 5min AMRAP bench press 35/45
* Open gym is a time for you to do the workout of the day, do any WODs you’ve missed or hit up that workout you’ve been dying to try or even hit up skills, active recovery, mobility work.
