Every 30secs for 10 rounds:

1 snatch @ 70% 

For time-

Teams of 2:

100 pull ups*

100 partner hop over burpees  

100 partner med ball sit ups 

100 partner wall balls 14/20 9/10ft 

*scale: try partner assisted if possible

Pull ups can be broken up whatever way you like. One person working at a time.
