Work up to a 2RM Split Jerk

Every 90secs for 12 rounds-

1) 2 back squats @ 90% of 2RM

2) 3 split jerks @ 77.5% of 2RM (from ground)

3) 3 strict pull ups AHAP

Last set of pull ups is a max set of strict unweighted minimum of 10 (if you can’t do 10UB do them in as few set as possible)
