Open* gym hours-
Open gym WOD:
– 2,000m Row, with 20 Wallballs every 2min….(whatever time you have left over after the wallballs is your time remaining to row)
*Repeat 2min cycle until 2,000m row is complete.
*Start on rower.
*Hint: Row as fast as possible during the first 2min row!
– 2min rest, then:
1,000m row, with 15 Burpee’s ever 2min…..same rules apply.
* Open gym is a time for you to do the workout of the day, do any WODs you’ve missed or hit up that workout you’ve been dying to try or even hit up skills, active recovery, mobility work.
