– 1 Mile Run
– Plate Shuttle: (3) 45,s for men (3) 35’s for women. *Move plates to other side of gym then *Bear Crawl Burpee’s down and back, then carry plates back to other side of gym.
– 1 Mile run
– Plate Shuttle

*(You can ONLY carry 1 plate at a time while moving plates)

*Bear Crawl Burpee: Normal burpee except add 3 bear crawl movements after push-up.
