Alternating Death by:
Hang squat clean 155/225*
Muscle ups*
*scale:80% of max/1:1dips or assisted muscle ups
-1st minute do 1 HSC, 2nd minute do 1 muscle up, 3rd do 2 HSC, 4th do 2 muscle ups, 5th minute do 3 HSC and so on until you can not complete it within the minute. If you fail one before you fail the other then that movement starts over. For example if you fail muscle ups at 6 reps next round you start at 1 then 2 then 3….until you have failed both movements. Movements do NOT have to be done unbroken. Record total #of cleans and total #of muscle ups.-
