10 chest to bar pull up 

50 doubleunders 

Rest 5mins 

For time-

100 partner med ball sit ups*

100 partner burpees 

Partner A does 10 hang power clean then partner B does 10 chest to bar pull ups 

Doubleunders can be split anyway you like.

Next round- Partner B does clean & Partner A does pull ups and so on 

*negotiate a weight with your partner
