Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes:

3 t’n’g power snatches at 60-70% 

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes:

3 front squats at 60-70% 

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes: 

1st minute: 15 unbroken wallballs* 14/20 10ft

2nd minute: 3-6 muscle ups**

*scale: lower the weight then height then reps. Do a minimum of 10 a round even if you have to break it up. 

** 5-10 ring or box dips
