150 wallball style partner throws (6 ft apart)

100 med ball partner Russian twists

600m med ball run

50 partner med ball sit-ups 
* Run together. One person carrying the ball during the run. Pass at anytime. Anytime the Med Ball is dropped a 5 Burpee penalty for each team member before continuing.

* Open gym is a time for you to do the workout of the day, do any WODs you’ve missed or hit up that workout you’ve been dying to try or even hit up skills, active recovery, mobility work.
