Endurance Gone Bad:

5 rounds, rotating each min:

– Wall-balls 14/20 lbs

– Hand Release Burpees

– Box-jumps 20″

– PVC pipe thrusters

– Sit-ups

– PVC pipe overhead walking lunges

– Row (calories)

(One minute rest between rounds)
*Score = Total combined reps of all 5 rounds.

* Open gym is a time for you to do the workout of the day, do any WODs you’ve missed or hit up that workout you’ve been dying to try or even hit up skills, active recovery, mobility work.
