* Open gym is a time for you to do the workout of the day, do any WODs you’ve missed or hit up that workout you’ve been dying to try or even hxxit up skills, active recovery, mobility work

Open Gym Skill:

Max distance handstand walk in 5mins

*sub wall walks, handstand holds or kick up practice

Open Gym WOD:

12 min AMRAP

10 cal ski erg

50 doubleunders

15 cal ski erg

50 doubleunders

20 cal ski erg

50 doubleunders

And so on…..

*Sub bike or rower if needed

** doubleunders scale: 10 or 25 doubleunders or 100 singles
