10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1reps of:

Deadlift 1.5xBW

Bench Press 1xBW

Squat Clean 3/4xBW

You can go individual, or teams of 2 or 3.

RX’d team rules add all team members weights together then divide by number of teammates. Each person starts on different station then rotates through till each person is done with the required reps.
