– person A will go outside and do all 21 stone to shoulder while person B does all 21 burpees inside, when person A & person B are done they swap- person B doing 21 stone to shoulder and person A does 21 burpees. Once they have completed 21 they move on to 15 then so on. 

Scale- stone deadlift or tire flips or heavy Russian KB swings
