Teams of 2:
18min AMRAP
18 deficit HSPUs – 2×45/ 25&45 plates plus abmat
18 squat snatches- 95/135
18 muscle ups (bar or rings)
10m handstand walk (each person)
2 rope climbs

*everything is split whatever way you like except the handstand walk. Each person must handstand walk the 10m before moving on*
