Classes + Schedule
WOD stands for “Workout of the Day”, and these regular workout classes feature ongoing programming. Compete against yourself and others as everyone builds fitness through these fun and challenging classes. WODs are coach-led and instructed. Appropriate for most fitness levels.
- Monday: 5a, 6a, 9a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
- Tuesday: 5a, 6a, 9a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
- Wednesday: 5a, 6a, 9a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
- Friday: 5a, 6a, 9a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
- Saturday: 11a
Open Gym is a time for you to catch up on a WOD you’ve missed, try out a new workout or simply focus on improving basic skills. Join us during Open Gym for active recovery or mobility. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
- Thursday: 6a–7a, 9a–10a, 4:30p–7:30p
Our on-site yoga classes focus on athletic recovery and mobility. You won’t find party tricks, but you will find a new challenge to add to your strength and conditioning regimen. There is also a tendency towards bizarre and fun cover songs! Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Are you working on your Olympic lifts? Whether you are trying to improve your snatch or clean and jerk, or just trying to figure out the difference between the two, then this class is for you. Coached by experienced USAW-certified weightlifting coaches, our Olympic weightlifting classes focus on building and improving the skills necessary to gain a competent hold on these challenging lifts. Appropriate for most fitness levels.
